How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

“Le stanze erano umide e sporche. Il bagno in comune piccolo, lavandino minuscolo. Molto al di sotto degli standard europ”

The rooms were damp and dirty. The small common bathroom had a tiny sink. It was far below European or even Italian standards.

“Era perfetto”

I didn’t find anything good, but the bed could have been changed.

The bedroom and bathroom were clean, but the building’s entrance hallway was filthy with several dead cockroaches, and it was scorching hot in the summer even with a fan; there was no AC, and I heard doors banging from other guests all night—maybe they should add something to muffle the noise.

I liked everything overall, but the only drawback was that there was no elevator.

There was a fan to fight the heat, but it was dirty and not enough, and the room smelled and felt hot, which could have been mitigated somehow.
