The room was clean and comfortable, staff were polite and helpful, and the location was excellent—within walking distance of the bus station, other hotels, restaurants, the Santuario di San Pio da Pietrelcina, and the Chiesa Antica di Santa Maria delle Grazie. The only downside is that lunch and dinner aren’t served on site, so you have to go out for meals beyond breakfast; the bathroom is spacious, but the shower is tiny, though it’s not a deal‑breaker.

The location is great and the staff are friendly, but guests started making noise from 6 am, making it hard to sleep; that’s not the hotel’s fault, still recommend it.

Personale gentile e sempre col sorriso,ottima colazione e vicinanza ai luoghi di culto da cui si può arrivare tranquillamente a piedi in 5 minuti. In camera in genere si trova tutto l'occorrente in miniatura x il bagno qui qualcosa mancava e purtroppo il copriletto sembrava fosse già stato usato
