The castle was well equipped, renovated, the staff were courteous, breakfast was good, the spa was pleasantly soothing, and the outdoor heated pool was nice.

“Fabulous room and bathroom. Rather cold so needed a heater to warm the room through.”

Everything was lovely, yet the gardens behind the property were in dire need of a lot of attention; it was a shame to see them full of weeds and poor soil.
