The experience exceeded every expectation! We had originally booked for the Tia, but received a welcome upgrade to the Gemma. The staff were extraordinary, especially the many who spoke Italian. The food was exceptional and service flawless. Kudos to Director Assan for his professionalism and warm welcome that made us feel at home from the start.

We travel a lot and usually plan everything ourselves, so we were very picky when picking a Nile cruise. Many boats online call themselves “5‑star”, but the real difference is service, food, and staff. After careful research we chose TIA and it turned out right. The boat was recently renovated: clean, modern, and well‑maintained. Cabins are spacious and comfortable, common areas are pleasant and always tidy. Food was a real highlight: varied, high quality, and well suited to international guests, including many Italians on board. The real added value is the staff: professional, attentive, and consistently helpful. A special shout‑out to America, the restaurant manager, for the excellent service and attention to detail. The bar staff and overall organization were also very good. During the cruise we booked a private guide, Abanoub, at $450 pp for the entire stay. Absolutely worth it. He followed us throughout the whole cruise, on every excursion, making the experience much more in‑depth and well organized. Easy to arrange on your own. Many staff speak Italian, which makes everything smoother. Overall, a high‑level Nile cruise with excellent service. Highly recommended. WiFi can be a challenge in general on a Nile cruise. I needed to connect often for work, and the onboard WiFi was not reliable enough. The boat manager quickly solved it by giving me a small portable device, so I could work without any issues (thank you so much!). As a suggestion, installing Starlink would greatly improve connectivity and solve this problem altogether.

TIA was a pleasant surprise! The room was in excellent condition, with floor‑to‑ceiling windows offering a fantastic view of the Nile. It was one of the largest rooms on the ship, very clean, and the facilities were brand new. The ship sailed smoothly with almost no noise. All the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful when you needed tour tips. The manager and chef gave us perfect service. The meat at lunch was delicious, and on Valentine’s Day they arranged a themed dinner with a great atmosphere. The top deck had a swimming pool and many lounge chairs, making it very comfortable to sunbathe and enjoy the breeze. The scenery on both sides of the river was wonderful. The minibar in the room provided free soda, milk, beer, and a bottle of sparkling wine. The cleaning staff also surprised us with cute towel art. There were indeed very few Chinese guests. We chose this ship after comparing many others, and it was a very comfortable journey.
