The hotel itself was incredibly clean, and we were thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail.
The staff were friendly and efficient, and the breakfast room staff were very accommodating.

The location was great, but the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and too soft, which was a let‑down compared to the many Holiday Inn Express hotels we’ve stayed at.
