The location is good, just 300 m from the sea. The room was cramped, with a dead‑end bathroom that lacked ventilation; fresh air had to come through the room itself. On the balcony, a large air‑conditioner and boiler made the air feel off. I didn’t like the sheets and towels that the lady washed and laid out in the kitchen. I recommend adding two lamps to the bedside tables; there was one with a broken USB outlet. Also, the exit parking bar key doesn’t work, and the entry key is defective. I suggest providing some plates and pots in the kitchen, since it’s available. The room in question was 703.

“Breve vacanza a San Salvo marina”

Despite its small size, the room is fairly comfortable with essential furnishings. The bathroom is modern, and the shower is adequately sized. Cleaning could be improved; there was noticeable dust on the shelves above the coat rack. The sheets didn’t fit the mattress dimensions. The breakfast, consisting only of discount‑branded croissants and a single coffee machine, was below expectations—we chose to eat out instead. It would be better if the property arranged a partnership with a nearby café.

I really liked the location, close to the waterfront and the San Salvo Marina beaches. The apartment, though in a somewhat dated building, had been recently renovated and sits in a quiet setting. The accommodation was clean, air‑conditioned, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the free coffee pods and the fridge stocked with bottled water and fruit juices. The breakfast could be improved, though the booking noted that “no breakfast was included,” so there’s nothing to complain about in that regard. Adding a shower mat to the linen would also be useful.

“Beb comodo, vicino al mare”

The building is not far from San Salvo Marina beach, recently renovated, clean, with a large shared kitchen and a coffee machine available to guests. The pillows were a bit uncomfortable.
