Everything was fine, but the apartment was half shared, mold was everywhere, there was a lot of moisture, objects were rusty and broken, the blankets had holes, and there wasn’t even a soap bar for washing.

The location was cool, the kitchen was well equipped, and the apartment was clean, yet it was in a basement so it felt very stuffy, damp, and stank; the layout was odd, and our bathroom was in a separate room outside the bedroom, which was inconvenient even though only we had access to it.

“Una estancia agradable”

It’s close to bus stops and the metro, the Colosseum is about a 15‑minute walk, Mónica is very charming, and the value for money is good; however, it’s a low‑floor building with no elevator, so it’s unsuitable for people with limited mobility, and the damp smell from the rest of the building was present even though everything else was clean and well organized.

The location was fine, but the room was sealed, the paint had peeled, the walls were dusty, damp, and moldy from the neighboring bathroom; the common area walls were also sealed, giving the whole place a dusty smell; the room furnishings were shabby, the blanket was used and lumpy, the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned and it wasn’t indicated that the bathroom was outside the room; the bed was uncomfortable, with a mattress that was too soft.
