When I tried to check in, the receptionist ignored my online booking and refused to honor the AC room that was listed in the booking details and photos.

The rooms were decent, but the washroom didn't have soap. The kitchen was broken so I couldn't make tea or milk, and although parking was available, the passage was very narrow.
