The staff were friendly, but the place looked far different from online photos and felt pricey. I honestly think I'll try somewhere else next time.

The view from the hot spring was great and the meals were generous and tasty. However, the price was over 20,000 yen per night, so when I entered the room I was disappointed. If the rate stays the same, the room should be renovated. The whole room is dim, so the lighting needs to be replaced. The carpet is sticky and unpleasant, so it should be swapped for hardwood. The lingering cigarette smell makes it impossible to sleep at night, and I didn't notice it until I booked, so be warned!

The hotel is very well located, right in front of the sea. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was large and bright, and it had a massage chair by the window, which we liked a lot. The view is beautiful and unique. We also enjoyed the children's games in the lobby. The property hasn't been renovated in decades, so the price is a bit high for the condition. Other than that, everything was fine.

The lobby on the first floor is well positioned, the open-air bath in the large pool area, free drinks, the staff’s courteous service, and the location of the dining area are all great. The place feels cluttered, and there are stains on the tatami in the dining area.

Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain about.
