“Disappointing, frustrating, painful, DANGEROUS”

Cathy was helpful, but I had requested a first‑floor room for mobility reasons and wasn’t given one. Apparently if someone arrives earlier they can take any room, and there’s no elevator. The second floor has no amenities—no ice machine, no vending, and every need requires a painful walk up and down stairs. The water is soft, not drinkable, and there are no grab bars in the shower. This situation feels like a lawsuit waiting to happen. It’s expensive, the most I’ve paid for a single night during my 14‑day trip, and probably the worst accommodation I’ve ever had.
