The pictures shown didn’t match the actual room conditions. Earlier Treebo rooms in Bangalore were 9/10; this one is 4/10. The bathrooms were rusted and yellow‑colored, rooms were cramped, and the TV wasn’t working. Overall, a bad experience. The room needs whitewashing and the bathrooms require thorough cleaning.

Their service was good and the rooms were very nice; I’ll recommend them.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with the entire hotel experience, which was a complete letdown from the start. The hotel failed to meet even the most basic expectations, making it utterly useless for my stay.

The hotel staff were very helpful and made my stay more enjoyable, but unfortunately, the TV in my room wasn't working properly. Despite this issue, the staff's kindness made up for it to some extent.
