“Sicuramente tornerò”

The hotel is very well detailed, with a pleasant contemporary design. Its location makes it extremely quiet. The staff are simply amazing—extremely courteous, helpful, and super professional. Breakfast is a delightful experience, well-curated, with a wide selection and excellent products. The room, despite having air conditioning, was very humid and the bed felt damp from the moisture.

The hotel’s location is excellent, very close to the center, the port, and within walking distance to restaurants in the Talamanca area. The room is spacious, the shower and bed are comfortable, and breakfast was just right. Staff, especially Yolanda and Belinda, were exemplary in their attentiveness and care, always smiling and offering tips for beaches and restaurants. The main issue was with the manager, Maria, who often seemed curt, cold, and unwelcoming, lacking tact in her communication. She even mentioned my cholesterol when we asked for more eggs at breakfast, which felt inappropriate or unnecessary. Her attitude seemed tired, annoyed, or unhappy, and unfortunately, it seemed directed at us, leading to a disagreement. I tried to give her space to explain herself, but when I kept talking, she interrupted me.
