This lovely hotel is well positioned near Lake Naivasha, Hells Gate, and the conference venues in the area; the staff were absolutely amazing—helpful, friendly, and cheerful, especially Sammy; the food was delicious, offered a wide variety, and felt very personalized.

We booked an All‑Inclusive package and the staff were warm, welcoming, professional, service‑oriented, and polite. Management was very helpful and even arranged a fantastic driver who took us to our next destination ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Lunch was amazing, especially the Butternut soup—5 of 5 butternuts 😋. Dinner was an A‑la‑Carte menu with good options: fresh salad, mushroom soup, pizza, and Pasta Carbonara. The Carbonara was a bit weak and tasteless, but the rest was very good. The pizza was 4 🍕of 5. The bed in the room was very hard, and the room itself could use more love and warmth—more paintings, added colors with pillows, fabrics, or similar. Breakfast variety was okay, but the food quality could be much better with more care. For example, the samosas were very dry, the fruit tasteless, pancakes dry and hard, and the drink selection was lacking.

The staff were very nice and greeted us with a refreshment. It’s a very quiet place with attentive personnel, perfect for families with kids. The hotel organizes any activity you request, such as a visit to Crescent Island or Hell’s Gate, and they offer a transfer with the hotel van. The buffet was also very nice and varied. Thanks again for the pleasant experience.
