As soon as I arrive in Mexico, I try to find a spot in this B&B; I’m welcomed like at home, in a great neighborhood, with a good breakfast in the morning. This time, unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy the whole stay because there was a problem with the boiler and we couldn’t get hot water. The hotel stepped in and booked an equivalent room at a nearby establishment for me.

The place is stunning and impeccably kept, and it felt super safe and like home. A bike shop right across the street made it easy to explore La Condesa, Roma Norte, and even the city center. My husband and I felt secure the whole time. Breakfast was great. Don’t hesitate—just book it! Honestly, it matched my expectations perfectly, so I liked everything!

I stayed in room number 7, which is in the garden. It’s very cozy and quiet, letting you come and go without disturbing anyone. The highlight was the care from Victoria and Elisabeth, who made the experience unforgettable with their attentiveness and friendliness. The place overall is beautiful and excellently located. The only thing I might suggest is installing an extractor fan in the bathroom, because the small rooms trap steam.

The location was the best part. It’s an old house with a lot of charm, and I loved the place. The bed was super comfortable, and it’s nice to have water to drink in the room. I also appreciated that the breakfast included a daily dish; I was served molletes. The breakfast could have had a bit more variety: there were no eggs, and the only fruit that day was papaya, which I personally don’t like. The pipes are quite audible when someone uses the bathroom in another room, and the noise woke me up scared around 2 am. Other than that, the place is very quiet, with no street noise or other disturbances.
