The hotel exudes charm. The outdoor area is beautifully maintained, featuring two pools, Balinese beds, and hammocks perfect for relaxing while listening to music. The staff were super attentive and kind. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with a large sofa and a small terrace for outdoor time. Everything was just fine.

We had a fantastic stay! The check‑in was swift and welcoming, the grounds were beautifully landscaped, and the room was roomy with a great view of the ocean and the pool. The staff were very friendly, and there were no problems with housekeeping or cleanliness; each day a refillable water bottle, coffee, and tea were ready for us. Breakfasts were excellent, filling, and varied. You could soak up the sun by the pool on lounge chairs or in cabanas, at the bar, or in the restaurant’s small covered area. The internet was sometimes slow, but we were there to disconnect, so it didn’t matter much.

Everyone on staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was excellent, the beds comfortable, and the pool loungers were a treat. The massages were superb. Everything felt modern and clean. There were plenty of parking spots right in front of the building, and the bus to Chania departs right nearby. Be sure to try the Cretan draft beer and the deconstructed apple strudel – absolutely sensational! We felt very welcome and will return.

The hotel was amazing, the staff were incredible and welcoming. The room was spotless, the food fantastic, and the pool lovely. I can’t recommend this place enough. Absolutely nothing to criticize.
