“Lovely hotel, but having barking dogs causes disruption for other guests”
I liked the roomy accommodation and the friendly staff. However, the dogs kept at the hotel barked late at night and in the early morning, ruining our sleep.

I loved the location, just a stone’s throw from Tynemouth Longsands beach. The value was great, the food excellent, and it was dog friendly. I had a great stay and highly recommend it. Nothing was wrong.

The beach location was fine. The dogs kept barking all night, and the sea view was actually a parking lot with bins and a bright orange aquarium.

I came back for a second visit and decided to add an extra night, but everything felt off.
