The room and breakfast were fine, but the lobby layout and seating arrangement were awkward.

“Very average. Unprofessional for a big hotel. Poor service after being over charged.”

Most of the staff were friendly. Hotel changed my card 3 times over $1200 too much. Then they returned funds but not correct amount. On arrival instead of refunding me what was owed they offered one complimentary breakfast. Ummm it’s not complimentary when you owe me money. Manager was rude. Couple of times no hot water for shower. Our friends had air con leak all night then had to move rooms
