Nothing. The staff lied about waiting for us, without explaining that I could have still checked in as a late check in. We was informed that due to being only 10 minutes away the staff would wait however when we got to the hotel it was fully closed and locked up. I also had made it in less than the time given. I was then also promised in the morning with different staff a full refund and a free stay if I was ever wanting to be in the area again…. This did not happen either. Abysmal service

The location is perfect with beautiful view of the river & bridge right from the room window. The staff are very friendly and helpful. And the breakfast gives a good start to the day
