How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were very pleasant. However, guests played loud cricket on the grass, disturbing others, and the breakfast service and menu needed improvement; more healthy local options should be added.

The view was amazing, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic—everything was awesome.

The location and heritage property were great, but the rates were expensive compared to similar hotels.

Everything from the layout and location to the staff and food was excellent; the property is very clean and within walking distance of Mall Road. Ms Preeti at the front desk was warm, welcoming, and gave us great local tips—perfect for a quiet getaway.

The valley view was the only highlight. The road to climb was a bit steep and had difficult bends (thanks to the hotel for sending a driver down to help).
