If you’re taking a bus or arriving from Ollantaytambo, it’s right in front. The area isn’t pretty, but it’s super safe and there are cheap places to eat nearby. It’s relatively close to the plaza. The exterior isn’t very pretty, but the facilities are comfortable, clean, and nice. The night staff was a guy; he only handled check‑in and didn’t even tell us the breakfast time until we asked.

The location is a 10‑minute walk from Plaza de Armas. The bathroom had no shower curtain, so everything got wet while showering, even reaching the bed area. It was very noisy because the rooms face a closed courtyard where sounds and voices from other guests echo. We didn’t like it that much.

It’s well‑located. They advertise breakfast, but it’s not what Brazilians are used to! I spent a week there and it’s really complicated – you have to ask someone to clean the room, the toilet paper runs out and you have to fetch more, and worst of all the room is colder inside than outside. I don’t know the exact reason, maybe because it’s a masonry building, but there’s no heater, and the bed is uncomfortable. The staff are nice and try to help as much as they can.

The location was great, but the noise and service were disappointing, and they even recycled food for the next day.
