The location is amazing, there are spaces where you can walk, they provide bicycles for you to ride, and they hold events that light a fire in the evening because of the cold. The atmosphere is nice, there is a room with games and a screen for movies, billiards, a reading area, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The lake is close and you can walk there. Everything is positive, God willing.

Cozy hotel with very clean rooms and great menus from the restaurant. The breakfast is also very good. Very courteous, prompt and nice staff.

I'm still in awe of this incredible hotel, which turned out to be a sanctuary during our unexpected 5-day stay due to the cyclone that hit Sri Lanka in November. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, checking in on us daily and providing updates on the weather and conditions. They even had a cozy lounge with books and games to keep us entertained.

We fell in love with this hotel's excellent location amidst the tea plantations, which offered a quintessential British colonial experience. Our spacious and well-appointed rooms were a delight, and the bathrooms were spotless with all the necessary amenities. The hotel's bar, lounges, and games rooms were great, and the dinner and breakfast spreads were impressive, with deliciously prepared meals.
