How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

I ended up paying the double room rate even after I had changed the booking from two guests to one within the allowed time, and I was told that switching from a double to a single‑occupancy double was impossible. I regret not canceling earlier to find a single room elsewhere.

Definitely a place I’d recommend. The beautiful refurbishment in central Cagliari lets you step out to the nearby free public elevator. Breakfast is generous, the rooms are spotless, the mattress and pillows are comfortable.

“Un buon punto di partenza per visitare Cagliari”

The spot is in the heart of town and everything is within easy reach. The recently renovated units are practical and the staff are incredibly friendly. Breakfast isn’t extravagant but it’s adequate. If you’re driving, the parking under the Bastions on Viale is a great convenience thanks to the elevators. However, there are two stair ramps to get inside (no elevator), which could be a hurdle for someone with limited mobility. The staff are very helpful with luggage.

“Ottimo”

The location is unbeatable and the staff’s welcome is fantastic. The room is large and airy, and you can grab water and snacks at any time. The Wi‑Fi was spotty, but that’s a minor detail.
