The accommodation is extremely well located and that’s what saves it. The lady who runs the hotel is a disaster and even tried to swindle us (after reading reviews I see it’s a habit). You have to be very careful when paying because she gives you change as she wants and then justifies it with excuses like the booking program change, then claims she gave us better rooms than we had booked (without us asking for anything), then says the booking commission must be borne by the client (false, we didn’t pay it in any of the other 7 hotels in Peru or elsewhere). In short… you have to insist a lot to get charged what’s in your reservation. I don’t remember if the surrounding hotels are much more expensive or not, but I’d look elsewhere and avoid this one, as the only good thing is its location.

The location is 3 minutes from Plaza de Armas. The reception is accommodating for leaving bags after checkout. The general noise level is high and there is no hot water.

The structure is very beautiful and the reception girls are very helpful. Nothing else.

The staff are truly welcoming and attentive, and the place is close to the central square.
