We loved the location, very close to Roma Termini, and the apartment was clean, organized, and fully equipped; we stayed on the 1st floor, the small elevator worked well for us; breakfast was not in the hotel but at a nearby bar, which was wonderful, the attendant was super friendly and the breakfast itself was delicious; the only issue was that the site listed checkout from 10 h to 11 h, yet we were asked to leave at 10 h and could not stay until 11 h, but otherwise there were no problems.

The property is nicely renovated and the air‑conditioning works great, but the breakfast, though included, is a bit small if you’re hungry.

The location is good, the staff are friendly, and the room is clean; unfortunately the breakfast is not a good service – you have to go to a nearby small café, which is fine, but the morning is so crowded that it’s impossible to finish the breakfast, which consists only of a coffee or cappuccino and a pastry, so I wouldn’t call it a breakfast.

Cleanliness, comfortable beds, Italian breakfast with delicious cornetto, helpful host, good location but the proximity to the termini station means many homeless people nearby; the night was noisy from the street but the windows muted the sound well and the air‑conditioning worked flawlessly; towels and shower gel were provided in the room; the downside is that it’s hard to find the place because Google Maps points to the opposite side of the street, and it would be better if the name and address of the café serving breakfast were clearly displayed.

The bathroom is truly comfortable and clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff are very competent.
