“Foi boa”
The location was great, very close to everything; the first room I was given had an unbearable sewage smell, probably due to a faulty drain, and I couldn't believe the staff considered it ready for guests; after swapping rooms it was fine. The parking, though outsourced, was listed as a service by the hotel; when I picked up my car, the key was missing and I had to wait 40 minutes for a staff member from the previous shift to help search. Also, the rear bumper had a small damage that wasn't there when I left, which I reported to the security/valet.

I liked the location, the room was spacious, and the breakfast was very good— it surpassed my expectations. It would have been better if the hotel’s own parking were included.
The staff were polite and attentive, the place was clean and cozy, and the food was delicious.

The atmosphere was totally relaxing and extravagant, but I didn’t enjoy having to leave 😅.
