“Really bad”

The photos looked good, but the reality was different. We arrived early and were told the room wasn’t ready, so we waited until it was prepared. When we finally entered, the bathroom was absolutely filthy. The AC was broken for three hours until someone fixed it, and even then it barely cooled. The next morning, the bathroom was full of large cockroaches, not the tiny ones. We didn’t think twice and left. It felt more like a survival challenge than a hotel stay. Then the bed was covered in long human hair—so many that it looked like a shampoo commercial—and had stains that looked like blood. We wondered if they’d just reused the same sheets from previous guests. When I called to change rooms, one of the staff was the owner, and they were laughing at each other. We came to sleep, not investigate past guests. The cockroaches were probably the cleanest thing in the room.

Clean and good staff security, but the location is only good because it's near a park and a food restaurant.
