The lobby’s location and decor are great, but the staff outside the restaurant are very rude.

The spot is awesome unless you’re on a business trip; there’s no parking nearby, but it’s easy to walk around and spend time with your partner, plus the Teatro Colón is just across the street. The area has plenty of restaurants and services. Because of the Cervantino festival date, the price was a bit high for the type of rooms, but it was still within range if you book a day before the trip.

Excellent location. The historic hotel is very clean and the staff are warm and welcoming. The Restaurant / Bar served great food and service. The courtyard in front of the hotel feels very calm and relaxing, though later in the evening you’ll hear music, singing, and dancing – it’s a lively, fun place. We enjoyed every minute. There was nothing we didn’t like, and we’re already planning to return.

Very central, but the noise is an issue.
