“Kedves hely :)”
The staff were very kind and helpful, but while it didn’t bother me, it might annoy Hungarian guests because the staff are foreigners and don’t speak Hungarian very well – good to know if that matters to you.

The staff, cleanliness, and interior were all excellent. Everything I needed was in the room, it was very clean and beautiful. A special thanks to the manager at reception for helping with luggage and check‑in on the same day. The only thing that wasn’t 100 % perfect was the location: the street itself isn’t very cozy, even though it’s close to attractions and transport. The price fully justifies the spot, so it’s a minor flaw that didn’t affect my overall rating.

The staff were very nice and polite, and the room was lovely, clean, and had a great bed. The hotel had a great vibe, and even though our room faced the street, there was no noise. The downside was that the air conditioner in the bathroom couldn’t be turned off and was a bit loud, but the staff moved us to another room and gave us ear plugs and chocolates, making it a great experience.
