The street is quiet with a tram stop almost in front of the door; the Basel card for public transport and museums was included, the lounge was calm, and the rear of the hotel was very quiet.

The Residence sits in a marvelous spot, just a short walk from Basel’s attractions, and the apartments are spacious with plenty of storage; we enjoyed a nice view of the small hotel garden, and every staff member was friendly and well trained. Nothing to complain about!
