I think this place ends up being one of the best options in Mateiros, because there aren’t many dining choices at different times, so having a kitchen with everything really helps when traveling with family. It would have been great to have a breakfast, but that wasn’t included, so it’s fine.

The house sits just a stone’s throw from the little downtown and the market, and it was spotless, fresh‑smelling, and well organized. The bedroom felt cozy, the kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, a microwave and even a sandwich press, and there’s a laundry area – all for a very good price. Julia was always on hand and helpful, making the whole stay pleasant.[/BODY]

Everything at the inn was flawless – the host was warm, attentive and the whole place felt welcoming. I kept wanting to stay longer, but they couldn’t accommodate extra nights. Too bad I couldn’t extend my stay.[/BODY]

I got to the city only to be told by the owner that my reservation didn’t exist and that the place was closed. That left me scrambling for another place to stay at the last minute. Not a pleasant way to start a trip.[/BODY]

The inn was really comfortable and spotless, and Julia was super friendly throughout my visit. I felt right at home and would gladly return.[/BODY]
