Pierluigi is a welcoming host who is always ready to help. The apartment is clean, spacious, and perfectly located—close to the sea, as well as the train and bus stations. The air conditioning works well, and the fact that the bathroom is in the hallway didn’t bother me since I had read about it beforehand.

Such an attentive host! The location is nice and I felt safe. You have to leave your room to use the bathroom, so if that’s okay with you—everything else is fine. The room is spacious and has vintage vibes.

I stayed in a spacious, vintage‑styled room close to the city center, and the owner Pierluigi was super welcoming, kind, and offered plenty of tips and recommendations. We were able to drop off our luggage after checkout, and there was a breakfast option at the Ma Maison restaurant next to the flat. However, the kitchen was poorly equipped, a bit dirty and dusty, and the air freshener smell was overpowering and mixed with the old apartment odor, which was hard to tolerate. The bathroom door squeaked noticeably and might need oiling, which can be annoying for other guests or at night. The breakfast information was unclear; it’s not included in the apartment but available at the nearby Ma Maison for 3 € per person (basic coffee + brioche, etc.). Usually “breakfast included” means you don’t pay extra outside what you paid for the room, so this was confusing.
