The worst experience of my life. I was told over the phone that the double room with a balcony would fit three people, so I booked online and by phone with the staff; when I arrived I was treated horribly and they never acknowledged their mistake. The bad service makes me not recommend anyone to experience what I went through!

The location is rural, quiet, and pleasant with a lovely setting. It’s near Manantiales and Bikini beach. We liked the breakfast and the option to bring a pet. Some services, like a minibar, should be provided in the room. Minor building upgrades (roof) and design changes (bathroom) would improve the experience.

Breakfast was wonderful, the atmosphere charming and the staff extremely friendly. Wish I had stayed more days :)

The location is good, the place very calm—ideal for rest and disconnect. It would be great if the gaming area had basic amenities like a cold water bottle for hot days, and we weren’t informed about that or the bathroom locations. The breakfast was acceptable.
