Nothing was good – my daughter’s necklace was taken out of our room, and the management was unprofessional and poor.

The room was very comfortable, but the one I stayed in was smaller and felt a bit old; the cabinets were stuck, there were lots of dings and scuffs, and it just seemed like it needed a refurbishment.

The location was great, the place was very clean, and the staff were excellent, but the elevators were awful; we had to wait 20 minutes on several days and were late for reservations.

The rooms, the views, the beds, the bathrooms, the overall cleanliness, and the location were all great, and the coffee they serve in the Mezzanine in the morning was good, but the wait in the elevators was a problem.
