The staff were very friendly, the breakfast excellent, the wellness area superb, and the kitchen was very good; nothing to complain about.
As motorbike riders, we felt very comfortable here.

The hotel is located in a suburb of Osterode, which makes it very quiet; we had a wonderful, peaceful room with windows and a balcony overlooking the mountains, plenty of greenery, and it was simply lovely. The dining was superb for dinner (menu or buffet), but the breakfast could have been better to our taste, for example with more vegetables and definitely bacon with the scrambled eggs. We were satisfied overall, had sunny, warm weather during our stay, and were able to explore the Harz area well; there is a lot to see. The radiator in the bathroom had visible rust stains and could have been quickly painted over with radiator paint.
I parked a moped in the garage, enjoyed a good breakfast, a fantastic dinner, and the staff were friendly.
