How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I enjoyed the breakfast and the excellent selection of delicious items, and I liked the room service, but the temperature in my room was on the cold side; each day I had to ask the front desk to raise it to about 22 C, and I don’t understand why guests can’t control the room temperature themselves.

I didn’t get the room I’d booked; instead I was handed a lower‑category room. The promised Genius over‑booking from Booking wasn’t honored, so I’d have picked another hotel if I’d known. The location and equipment were fine, though.

This hotel welcomed us from our long car and subway ride, and we felt like we could shed our travel stress immediately. They gave us a welcome drink, and were very nice to our little dog. We are light sleepers, and there was some street noise the first night, so not only did they move us, for the second night, but they also refunded us some money because the 2nd room was smaller. The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect. The hotel has really nice design touches, including many large and lovely photographs by Janine Neipce. We definitely plan to stay here again. Nothing
