I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained my room was, and the fresh towels were a nice touch. However, the constant sound of trains rumbling by every hour or so was a real nuisance and made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The doors at this motel could use some serious upgrading, especially considering the strong winds and dust storms that can roll in. During my stay, the doors rattled and the room was covered in a thick layer of dust, and I was worried about the safety of the old windows.

This motel is a real throwback to a bygone era, but unfortunately not in a good way. The location is a bit out of the way, and the overall condition of the place is pretty rough. I was expecting a lot more, but what I got was a dirty and disappointing experience.

I was really impressed by the late checkout option, but unfortunately, that's about where the positives end. Everything else about my stay was just great, which is weird because I'm not sure what I did right.
