“Good value but not clean”

The value and location were fine. However, the sheets were dirty, the comforter had burn holes, and the armchair had been chewed up like a rodent. I slept on top of the covers.

The staff were friendly, but even though the room was listed as non‑smoking, it carried a strong cigarette odor.

“not good”

The area is safe and the hotel sits close to office buildings, though getting in was a bit tricky. The window screen was broken and left open for housekeeping, so the room was filled with a heavy bar‑like smoke from someone smoking inside; the smell stuck to my suitcase during my 12‑hour stay and I had to shower before checking out. A dog was left locked in the bathroom because the door frame had been torn from the inside, and the refrigerator made a loud rattling sound that felt like drilling outside my room.

“it was very nice great room with lots of space hotel in a great location”

I liked how close it was to both locations I needed to be at, and how open and spacious my room and bathroom were. The only thing that caught me off guard was the cigarette smell.

“Would rather sleep in my car.”

It was the worst experience ever at a hotel. I stay 200 nights a year in hotels and will never stay at any Choice hotel again. The brand needs to hold places accountable.
