“Probably wont be back again! For the price, we can stay somewhere that has a much better breakfast.”

The room was pretty good, but the breakfast was not good—black scrambled eggs, dried-out sausages, and poor service.

“Unacceptable”

I booked online with bookings.com Bookings.com sent an email for me to confirm my reservation by calling the hotel myself, which I did. My reservation had 4 requests which I also confirmed when I called the hotel myself. We needed at late check in as we had a 5 hour drive, I needed ground floor accommodations, a walk-in shower not a tub due to disabilities, and a non-smoking room. The guest service staff said oh yes! We have all of that available. They lied. The last thing you want to have to hear after 5 hours of driving and an 11:00:p.m. check in! We were left to find accommodations else where. I highly recommend The Best Western in Lloydminster! Much better accommodations, service and amenities!. Lied to by staff upon confirming reservation about what disabled ammentities they offered

“Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several things that could have been better. The fitness room floor was dirty,”

The AC worked well and the room was clean, but overall the stay was just okay. The fitness room floor was dirty, the pool water was cloudy, tasted salty, and seemed to have a lot of chlorine. There were no towels stocked at the pool when we needed them. Our room was booked for four people, yet there weren’t enough towels for everyone. Paper cups were missing from the room. The complimentary breakfast was disappointing and could definitely be improved. Hot chocolate should be included for kids as part of the free breakfast instead of an extra charge. A cleaner pool area, better basic supplies, and an upgraded breakfast would have made the stay much more enjoyable.

The complimentary breakfast was good and appreciated, and having a restaurant on site was a big reason I chose to stay here.
