The staff were very friendly. The pool, spa, and gym were great with very good hours. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel’s location is ideal for all excursions and is very close to the center of Ponta Delgada, so you don’t waste time going out to dinner. Parking is free and plenty available. They have an outdoor and an indoor parking lot.

The building feels brand‑new along with every amenity, and its spot lets you hit any road on the island in seconds. My room was huge, comfy, and came with tea and coffee makers, two TVs, and a generous balcony. We ate breakfast at the hotel and dined there most evenings, all dishes were tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, the rooms spotless, and the breakfast was outstanding and plentiful. The pancake machine especially delighted our kids ☺️ The outdoor pool was great. The room had a small kitchenette and a fairly large bathroom. There was a big gym with modern equipment, and the reception staff were very accommodating. The indoor pool didn’t impress us; we used it only once in the evening because the weather was perfect outside. The beds felt noticeably narrow for us.

The location and attentive staff were positives, but the breakfast was really bad, the service—especially at breakfast—could be much better, and the price‑to‑value ratio was far too high.

The hotel is new, all the facilities are new, and the room was large and well equipped. The location was in a neighborhood, so it felt a bit odd, and the indoor pool made the white swimsuit look odd.
