How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The kitchen was very well equipped, yet I felt the price‑quality ratio could be better; it seemed a bit pricey for what it offered. The room was clean, the shared bathroom was also tidy, and the kitchen was fine. The staff were very friendly.

A good budget alternative to staying in Venice, located close to Mestre station, and the host was very kind. The pillows were very thin and somewhat uncomfortable. In the area around the apartment there were a lot of homeless people, which was a bit unsettling at night, but nothing happened.

The space was huge and everything was clean, and the location was excellent. The only issue was that the bathroom wasn’t very well ventilated.

The room was comfortable, clean, and met all the listed requirements. In the area there were many homeless people, and although the landlord assured us there was no danger, we witnessed an attempted robbery.

Every room had air conditioning. If you’re traveling with family, you might have to deal with strangers in the hallway because one apartment has many rooms and there’s only one shared kitchen.
