The owners’ welcome was warm, the room and surroundings were lovely, the pool was inviting, the bedding was comfortable, and the host’s table added a nice touch. It’s a bit disappointing that you can’t dine with the owners; you also have to use the fridge and squeeze oranges yourself.

The host and his wife are friendly and caring. The setting among vineyards is stunning, and cycling to Saint Emillion is easy – a legendary wine town.
