It was a peaceful spot right in Ubud. We slept in comfy rooms, each with its own bathroom in a little courtyard garden. The staff were very friendly and every morning they had a thermos of hot water, coffee, and tea ready for us when we got up.

If you really want to experience a genuine Balinese house, this is the place! It feels like a homestay where you stay with a Balinese family in a compound. Lotus, the lady of the house, is such a kind person who helps you whenever she can and she’s funny 😊

Very welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, with air conditioning and a small balcony. It’s well located, so you can walk to the city center. The only downside is that payment is only in cash. There’s no pressure to use the shower.

I had a room on the first floor with air conditioning! The room was great and the place is really pretty and well kept. It’s a true Balinese décor that makes you feel at ease. The staff are very friendly and approachable too! Nothing to complain about, except that hot water takes a long time to arrive. But since it’s hot, you don’t really need hot water, ahah.
