“Soggiorno in tranquillità”
Great location, clean, quiet, and the staff were incredibly kind. Nothing else to add.
The staff were okay. The room was very basic, infested with ants, and I was hit on my head and ankles.
“Bellissima esperienza”
We stayed on the top floor in a spacious room for two adults and two kids (6 years and 5 months); the whole property is very clean and well‑maintained, breakfast offers a wide variety, and there’s paid indoor parking available. The hotel is excellently placed for reaching Turin’s centre by tram line 4, with a stop right at the door, and several restaurants surround the building. We’ll definitely consider it for future trips to Turin.
The location was the only highlight.
There were a lot of different breakfast options, the hotel stuff was very helpful and the rooms were clean. The AC didn't work that well in any of the rooms. If you're not located on the 2nd floor you'll have a problem of no fresh air and a lot of traffic noise in your room during the summer months. The wifi only worked sporadically
