The location is great, right by the river walk and close to metros and lively areas, but the rooms could use a little modernization; they seemed a bit old (carpet, chairs, lamps).

The spot is spot on, right next to Cheonggyecheon Stream and a stone’s throw from every subway entrance, so walking to the trendy streets is a breeze. The rooms stay spotless and the housekeeping crew swaps towels daily, while the staff are friendly, polite and eager to help. It’s close enough to the buzz yet far enough to unwind in peace; unlike those hotels smack‑in‑the‑middle of the chaos, this place lets you stroll to the action whenever you feel like it and retreat to quiet when you’re back. We had no complaints overall, except that sharing a three‑bed room with three of us felt a bit snug, but it was still comfy enough for sleep and had a great shower—perfect for a city break where you’re out all day.

The spot is convenient, with a subway station and bus stop close by, plus restaurants, a convenience store and Myeong‑dong market within walking distance, and the hotel borders Cheonggyecheon. Unfortunately, the windows sit high on the wall so you can’t see the stream at all. The bathtub has many bumps that get in the way, especially when showering, and the windows are small.

The room was decently sized with two tables, enough space for two suitcases, and it’s a short walk to Myeong‑dong. It would be nicer if the bathroom had a place to hang clothes.

The location was excellent, but it could be cleaner. Under the toilet lid there were dirty spots, and the previous guests’ waste hadn’t been properly cleaned; it wasn’t immediately visible, so you had to lift the toilet lid.
