Hotel Tepoztlán

“Pésimo fin de semana en Tepoztlán”

The property is close to the center and within walking distance of any place in Tepoztlán, offers a decent view but nothing spectacular, and has parking (though I didn’t use it). The only thing I appreciated was the ability to check in before the stated time. The Wi‑Fi was non‑functional and the issue was reported without any action. There is no cable TV, so the TV is just decorative. Noise from other guests and footsteps made it impossible to rest, and the noise persisted all night; the reception did nothing about it. The pool was dirty, neglected, and cold. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival. The price was high given the lack of services.

The location is very good, but it’s close to noisy businesses; the hotel looks old and needs a lot of maintenance, don’t be fooled by the photos; the management lets everyone do whatever they want and there’s a lot of noise late at night, we couldn’t sleep, and the price is too high for what’s offered.

“Agradable aunque no estupendo”

The hotel is fine, though the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired and towels aren’t changed; the internet is terrible and there’s no cable TV.

The location is excellent and the staff are very friendly, but the pool doesn’t have a boiler, the pool cleaning isn’t done very regularly, and the rooms lack air conditioning or a fan.

“No me parece justo que por el precio por noche no cuenten siquiera con TV en la habitación y que estén tan deteriorados”

The spot was great, but the bathroom had leaks, the ceiling dripped, and the shower was almost unusable.
