The room itself was nice, but breakfast was located a short walk away in a separate building, so you have to trek through the rain, which hardly feels like a five‑star experience; the front‑desk service was also rather poor, unable to provide a business invoice, and the breakfast lady was unfriendly—when I asked for coffee she said “this is our domain, you’re not allowed here,” so I couldn’t even get tea or coffee myself, which is far from five‑star service.

The location was fantastic with easy tram access to The Hague or Delft. The hotel was very luxurious and the staff fantastic. We didn't dine at the restaurant, but the bar was a great spot for a nightcap, and the overall vibe was very friendly.

The staff and décor were great, and the room was spacious. However, we couldn't watch TV, which is a bit annoying.

The location could not be better, but I had to pay €22,50 for parking for a single night, which I feel should have been included for a hotel of this standard.
