I don’t think the facilities or staff were bad, but I would have liked the hotel to label itself as a “ラブホ” if that’s what it is.

Clean rooms were a definite plus, but it’s obvious there were no windows.

The price was low, but the air‑conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night and the lights went out; when I mentioned it in the morning they told me the breaker had tripped.

I was really put off by the whole check-in process at this hotel. It's a love hotel, which I guess means it's designed to be super anonymous and contactless. But that just ended up being a hassle for us. There was no one on site when we tried to check in, and the cash-out system is actually inside the room, which made it impossible to look up our reservation. To make matters worse, they'd already pre-charged us for the room, so we'd have had to pay again if we'd decided to stay.

I was really disappointed to find out that this hotel was actually a love hotel. I'd booked it thinking it was a regular hotel, and the price was way too high for what I got. There were no windows in the room, which was just weird.
