Every time we entered the room it was an effort… definitely need to review the door locks, not to mention the stairs to reach our floor.

The bed and the nearby parking were fine. The cleanliness was unacceptable, the bathroom was unsanitary, the shower had bad drainage. The staff was nonexistent. The room’s accessibility was very complicated (even impossible for people with reduced mobility) with a 20 kg suitcase.

No dirt or dilapidated areas. The place needs to be closed.

I’m not one to post negative reviews, and honestly I wouldn’t have if it were just a few unpainted walls, some dampness‑related mold, or minor aesthetic flaws—those would have been fine given the price. But finding bugs inside the hand soap is truly disgusting and unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. On top of that, the sheets had a strong, nauseating smell, making it clear they hadn’t been washed or changed properly. I’m not criticizing the hotel for being old or having minor imperfections; I’m criticizing a lack of cleanliness and hygiene that shouldn’t exist in a guest room. For 55 € I didn’t expect luxury, and I can accept a basic room, worn walls, or aesthetic issues, but I won’t accept insects in the soap or foul‑smelling sheets. I regret leaving a negative review because that’s not my style, but I believe hygiene must be guaranteed regardless of room rate.

The place is right by the station and the staff were welcoming; they let me check in before the official time. The cleanliness wasn’t great and the building feels a bit old, with a persistent odd smell, but the value for money was solid. These were all things I’d already anticipated, so there’s nothing more to add—overall a good trip.
