Breakfast was decent and the staff were extremely friendly, but the location was not ideal.
“Room size also small”
The food quality and variety need improvement.
“A very disappointing stay.”
The reception, mandir, and welcome were pleasant, and the rooms were reasonably comfortable, yet the experience fell short of what we expect from a Quality Inn—something we’ve stayed at before. After the welcome, we were moved from an unserviced room to a serviced one. The room was cozy but noisy due to lack of soundproofing. The shower area was dirty, slimy, and slippery, with water leaking outside the door; towels were damp. Only one cup and glass were supplied for a couple, and despite phone requests, nothing changed. No fridge or chair was provided. Several facilities listed on the hotel.com site were unavailable. The food and service were mediocre in taste and variety; dishes were often cold even after requests for warmth, and we couldn’t get a chilled bottle of water, being told none existed. The serving staff seemed unsure of their duties and were insufficient in number. Flies buzzed in the dining room. When we asked for airport transport, we were handed a phone number and told to arrange it ourselves.
“Comfortable rooms and warm hospitality”
The rooms were well furnished, with plenty of storage, and the staff—both at the front desk and in the restaurant—were warm and accommodating. We ate tasty, delicious meals on both nights and would gladly return. The only drawback was the slightly inconvenient location due to ongoing construction around the property.
The dining staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel was close to the Ram Mandir Precinct. However, the advertised mini‑bar fridge was missing, the safe was neither mounted nor secured, and the hotel was far from other amenities.
