The corridors and the hotel were clean and smelled fresh, and all the staff were very friendly, yet as a celiac I found no suitable breakfast options and the scrambled eggs were served in single portions, forcing me to go to Jumbo for breakfast on the first day.

The reception was clean and the staff were courteous and polite. In the dining area, put signs so passengers don’t pull the chairs, and have service staff pick up cups and plates carefully so they don’t drop them and make constant annoying noises; also put a TV with news or documentaries about the desert or other Chilean topics.
